Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of $500.00 is required - damage deposits are refunded within 30-45 days of your departure, provided there is not breakage, damage, missing items, un-paid long-distance calls charged to the villa's telephone or extraordinary clean up
Maid Service: Maid service is provided at the end of each stay. Maid service during your stay is available upon request for an additional fee - ask our Host for details
Pets: Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made. We ask that you advise us at the time of booking. Additional fees and pet deposit may be required
Cancellation Policy: In the event you are forced to cancel your reservation, 50% of the full reservation fee will be charged to you. We will make every effort to re-book the villa: if we are able to re-book the villa for the same rate and time, this cancellation fee will be waived
Hurricane Policy: In the event of a pending hurricane, all guests must vacate the Villa when asked to do so by our Host & Hostess. Guests will be refunded any unused portion of the Villa rate and taxes. It is the responsibility of the guest to secure other lodging or airline ticket changes for an early departure
Villa Keys: there will be a $20.00 fee assessed for each set of lost or mishandled keys
Smoking: there is no smoking anywhere within Limin Villa, you are welcome to smoke outside of the villa or on the Sun Decks
**Payment for your Limin Villa stay should be made by Certified Check or Money Order, we accept personal checks if they are received 60 days prior to the reservation. Checks should be mailed to:
